Insurance Claims

We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.

Payment Methods

We only require you to pay the portion of your treatment that is not covered by your insurance company. If your insurance plan covers 100% of your treatment, we do not require you to pay anything upfront. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
